Dearest Reader,
Welcome to Natural Moms!
With all the hype, and popularity of going green and green living these days, you might wonder, “What differentiates this blog from the hundreds of other blogs about going green?”
Well, first and foremost, Natural Moms is a community celebrating the most integral aspect of a woman that comes naturally – motherhood. As mothers, it is natural for us to want the best for our family, especially our children. We are, after all, at the front rows to the life of each member of the family – to our children attending school for the first time, to the first sickness, the first visit to the dentist, and so on and so forth.
Secondly, we realize that as mothers, we are given this special opportunity to change and influence the lives of our families for the better through simple yet meaningful everyday things like doing the grocery, preparing meals, choosing which products to use at home, etcetera. At Natural Moms, we aim to turn this opportunity into a responsibility – to share the wonders and benefits of organic preferences and natural choices.
Last but not least, more than a “how to live a green life guide”, we aim to become a “why do we choose the green life example” through our own stories and experiences. Of course, we will be providing tips and helpful articles, as well as answering questions on anything related to organic products and greener living.
We can’t do this alone though (but we will surely try); our advocacy to live greener lives starts with us and our families, but would hopefully extend to you and your unit. Every single thing we do, good or bad, has an impact on the planet and ultimately as mothers, we can exert our influence to assure that our children will have a greener earth and brighter futures – the question is, are you with us?
This is an open invitation to you dear readers, to share in our mission of advocating greener lives in our own small but meaningful ways. Post a story, share an experience, and join in on our conversations as we start taking a more active role in the environment, health, and well-being of our children.
You may reach us through Facebook, Twitter, Email, or in this very blog. After all, this blog is not just mine, it is ours.
Sincerely,
Your Natural Moms
